OUR ANNUAL CHARGE CONFERENCE
is to be held Monday, October 26, 2026 in the sanctuary beginning 6:30pm.

Presiding at the meeting will be our Elder, The Reverend Kari Jones, and Pastor Brandon.

All members are invited to attend and take place in voting for our church leaders; we look forward to seeing you that evening.

LEADERSHIP NEEDED We continue to reach out for volunteers to fill the open positions of Finance Team chair and Treasurer. The team chair position is now vacant with the treasurer position becoming vacant shortly. We urgently need these positions filled! Here are the job descriptions:

FINANCE TEAM CHAIR — Leads monthly finance team meetings, reads and keeps all monthly team minutes (Church Council, Trustees, Finance teams). Once a month, prints out bank statements for that month and keeps them. Annually, all the above goes into a folder and gets submitted to the Church Administrative Assistant.

TREASURER – Attends all finance team meetings, pays all bills, uses a software program for payroll (inserts hours worked and the program calculates taxes, etc. for the check amount). Payroll is via direct deposit.
